Dear Akora,
The OAA, in partnership with the family of the late Akora Larry Cobbson (1961 Year Group), will host an “Evening of Remembrance” for our very much loved teacher. This will be a Zoom event scheduled for 7 pm GMT on Tuesday, 14th September 2021, and that will be two days before the funeral of our colleague and teacher. The event is intended to provide a platform and opportunity for Akoras with various forms of tribute to share them with the family and others. It will be a one-hour event filled with tributes, prayers and hymns.
All Akoras who would like to share such a tribute should please contact Gloria (Call or WhatsApp 024 3131 045)at the Secretariat to arrange for it. We are planning for 10 tributes, each to be read in not more than 4 minutes, and preferably from different Year Groups, including his.
