I am very happy to congratulate the 1978 year group for the amazing gesture of contributing $60,000 towards the OAA Science Block Project. The cheque was presented to the OAA Executive Committee at an event held at Akora Kenneth Quartey’s residence. We shall soon make arrangements to resume work on the project. I would like to express my gratitude to the group for its generosity and the great sacrifice made by various individuals to make this possible. The leadership of Akora Kenneth Quartey and his wife Akora Geta in this initiative has been phenomenal, and I appreciate that greatly. They have always shown total commitment to the Science Block Project. Thank you very much 1978 year group. You have been collectively great! We shall soon make the necessary arrangements for the naming of the 1978 Science Lab!
